Waxwing
The cedar waxwing spends winters in California eating berries and getting tipsy, which makes it a pretty good mascot for a home brewer that loves birds.

I make a lot of different styles of beer, cider, wine. I tend to focus on beers with strong citrus notes or malt character.
Besides creating and brewing recipes, I also design the labeling for all my brews. These days, the bulk of the design gets painted in Fresco and polished in Illustrator.

My interest in home brewing also led me to work on an app concept called trub. My goal was to make it easier for folks to learn about home brewing and create something that appeals to people outside the current home brewing community.
